Clarlet 1.6

In the past few years intensive research and development work has resulted in plastic lenses with higher refractive indices. This means that patients with high prescriptions can now also enjoy the benefits of a cosmetically attractive, lightweight lens.

In 1991, we at Carl Zeiss extended our range of products by the high index, plastic lens Clarlet 1.6. With its excellent wearing comfort and many cosmetic benefits, Clarlet 1.6 is now our standard plastic lens.
